It's long overdue for me to post an update so here it is. I spent three days last week moving the desk and cleaning Studio A. I have essentially set up everything with the X32 and now feel reasonably comfortable with the way the room is set up. There are still some modifications I have planned like installing a 27" monitor to share with the Dell until I build my ideal studio machine. That should arrive sometime in the coming week. I will also fabricate a patch port with XLR, TRS, and Cat5e connections to the other studio rooms once the foundation repairs are completed in late July. I also just acquired a used Pearl Export drum set that I will move to Studio C as soon as I get it cleaned out. I also got a pair of Alesis Elevate 5 MKII active monitors. I finished the long overdue repair to the pinch roller on the Tascam Syncasette and I painted the rack and put the DI800 in the corner between the Nitro and the MP5 with 5 of the outputs going to channels 9-13 of the X32. Now that I have everything set up the way I want it's time for me to start making some music!
